Taking Care of Yourself
Seek Support: Talk to a trusted adult, counsellor, or helpline about what you're experiencing.
Stay Positive: Engage in activities you enjoy and spend time with supportive friends or family members.
Practice Self-Care: Focus on activities that make you feel good—exercise, hobbies, or relaxation techniques.
Build Confidence: Participate in activities where you feel capable and valued.
Dealing with Emotions
Express Yourself: Find healthy ways to express your emotions, whether through journaling, art, or talking to someone you trust.
Stay Resilient: Remember that you're not defined by the bullying. Focus on your strengths and qualities.
Handling Online Bullying
Limit Exposure: Block or report the person bullying you online. Don’t engage in further interactions.
Document Evidence: Save any threatening or hurtful messages as proof.
Remember, it's not your fault!
There are people who care about you and want to help. Never hesitate to seek support when dealing with bullying—it's essential to take steps towards ensuring your safety and well-being.
