If you are experiencing bullying, it's important to take these steps:

Keep Records: Save messages or screenshots if the bullying happens online.
Set Boundaries: Politely but firmly tell the bully to stop if you feel safe doing so.
Self-Care: Engage in activities that make you feel good and supported.
How to Respond to Bullying
Report: Tell a trusted adult about the bullying. They can provide guidance and support.
Stay Safe: Avoid places or situations where bullying occurs, if possible.
Find Support: Surround yourself with friends or activities that boost your confidence.
Stand Up: If you witness someone being bullied, support them or seek help.
