Symptoms of Depression
Persistent feelings of Sadness/Isolation
Depression is a profound feeling of sadness that makes you feel alone or like you are the only one going through this feeling. This feeling is persistent, meaning it is there more often than not. You can be depressed and have good moments as well.
Irritability
Depression can create a tunnel vision of negativity, where it feels like there's no way out. But remember, every tunnel has an end, and beyond it lies the possibility of brighter days.
Exhaustion/Wanting to Sleep
A depressed brain is exhausting, this could lead to the want to stay in bed and sleep more often.
