What is bullying ?
Bullying is when a person hurts you, on purpose, emotionally or physically, and they do it again and again over time.
Bullying comes in many forms and can be in real life, or online through messages and social media.
Some examples of bullying in person:
Hurting you physically – for example: pushing, hitting or kicking you
Cursing at you, yelling at you, or calling you mean names.
Taking something that belongs to you without permission or damaging your belongings.
Some examples of bullying through messages or on social media:
Sending threatening or mean messages
Making up or sharing embarrassing stories, photos and videos of you, or about you.
